About the Presenter(s)

Margaret R

Margaret R will be co facilitating with other women in different 12 Step programs for Women’s 12 recovery retreat. Our hope is to journey with other women as we share our experience, strength and HOPE with each other. Margaret has been a part of AA since 1993. And her new sobriety date is February 27 of 2014. As well she has been part of Al-anon and CODA. No doubt the 12-step program has been an anchor and grounding force for many 24 hours days. So look forward to sharing this weekend with you all.

Anya W

Anya W is completing her Master of Divinity from Starr King School for the Ministry in Oakland, CA, and holds a Certificate in Interfaith Spiritual Direction from the Chaplaincy Institute. She does 12-Step recovery, identifies with the Jewish Renewal movement, and has an Insight Meditation practice. Anya has been accepted into a year-long Clinical Pastoral Education residency at St. Francis Memorial Hospital in San Francisco, starting in September.

Donita E

Donita E is a  Certified Meditation and Yoga Instructor. With the collective wisdom that we all bring to the room, we are sure to enlarge our hope, our faith, our commitment to Recovery! I have been a member of the AA fellowship since April 1982. In those years, I have been active in service at group level, at Intergroup level, in General Service, in sponsoring, in starting meetings. Along the way, I became a certified yoga instructor and have a dedicated meditation and prayer practice. I attended my first retreat here at San Damiano over 30 years ago. I am thrilled to be sharing my experience, my strengths, and my hope with you this week-end.
