Samantha T. Marie, CMP, CPT

Samantha Talia Marie is a Certified Holistic Life Coach, Fitness Nutritionist, and licensed financial wellness advisor who has dedicated over a decade to helping people thrive across all dimensions of wellbeing. As the founder of SamTalia Wellness, she combines her wellness expertise with two decades in the events industry to create transformative experiences that honor the whole person. Having navigated her own health challenges, Samantha brings authentic passion and practical wisdom to guiding others—especially women, minorities, and the LGBTQ+ community—toward sustainable wellness and empowered living.

Session: Samantha will open our day together by guiding you through the foundational framework of “Input, Output, & Environment”—a powerful lens for understanding how what we take in, what we express, and where we exist all shape our emotional and mental wellbeing. Through gentle exploration and an interactive worksheet, you’ll discover where you are in your current wellness journey and bring clarity to what you’d like to nurture and grow in 2026. This session sets the intention for our day and too close, will help bring together what you’ll learn and leave with a personalized roadmap for your holistic wellness path ahead.

Joel Barnehama brings over 30 years of entrepreneurial experience across diverse industries, from insurance and freight forwarding to high-tech startups. Throughout his career, he’s developed deep expertise in helping business owners and individuals build sustainable financial success. With an extensive network of strategic partners and a genuine passion for empowering others, Joel specializes in revealing financial tools and strategies that many people don’t know exist—but that can profoundly impact their wealth-building journey.

Session: In this eye-opening session, Joel will introduce you to powerful financial tools you may never have heard of—including universal life products that can help you build wealth, borrow tax-free, and protect yourself in emergencies. As the owner of Workout Spot, her boutique personal training studio, she creates individualized programs that honor each person’s unique body, goals, and abilities. A lifelong dancer with expertise spanning yoga, pilates, strength training, and more, Tamar’s deepest passion is helping others find their own sustainable relationship with physical wellness—one that feels good and lasts a lifetime.

Session: In this gentle, inclusive session, Tamar will guide you through the vital role physical wellness plays in our overall health—honoring that every body is different and worthy of care. You’ll explore how movement can be joyful rather than punishing, and discover simple ways to incorporate it into your daily life. Together, we’ll experience an accessible physical activity designed to energize without overwhelming, perfect for all fitness levels and abilities.

Michelle Ford

Michelle Ford brings over 30 years experience as a Holistic Health Practitioner. To provide help and support to those seeking improved well being is her life’s purpose, privilege, and joy. As a Certified Massage Therapist in practice, Michelle began integrating alternative studies in meditation, sound medicine, and spiritual practices into healing sessions with clients, witnessing noticeable improvements. A whole person approach includes Body, Mind and Spirit/Soul connection for deep healing.

Session: Michelle’s Sacred Sound Medicine Practice invites participants to experience deep spiritual renewal through the healing vibrations of ancient instruments and crystal bowls. The resonant frequencies help quiet the mind, open the heart, and restore energetic balance. This practice nurtures spiritual wellness by reconnecting participants to their inner guidance and the universal flow of life force energy.

Kathryn Chess

As a Nutritionist and Joyful Living Coach, Kathryn is your guide on a heartwarming journey to discover your happiest, healthiest self and unleash the life of your dreams. With an infectious passion for empowering others, she invites you to come home to your heart, renew your passion, and embrace self-love in a way that lights you up from within. Session: Kathryn will guide morning and closing experiences designed to “Bring Yourself into Your Body.” Her opening exercise blends breathwork, gentle movement, visualization, and intention-setting to energize, ground, and uplift participants. The closing “Anchor & Activate” practice is a powerful exercise that helps you internalize your retreat experience and carry its energy into daily life, leaving you feeling empowered, connected, and ready to embody your growth.
