About the Event

In this holistic decluttering retreat, you’ll learn 3 scientific HeartMath® techniques designed to reduce your worries and fears and increase your resilience. You’ll experience deep breathing, guided meditation, and spiritual reflection to make the letting go process more manageable. Every gathering will include 45 minutes of active decluttering privately in your home with an organizing expert available to you. By attending this retreat, you’ll receive accountability, group support, and the opportunity to reduce your clutter, creating more space for the treasures you love.

Many have accomplished more during these decluttering sessions than years on their own. Recordings for each session will be provided. You do not have to attend live.

This group meets via Zoom on 4 Saturday mornings in May:
May 6th; May 13th; May 20th; May 27th; from 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM Pacific Standard Time.

Cost for the entire series is $175 per person. You will be sent the Zoom link after registering.

MEET AMBER

Amber Blandford connects with clients on a deep level. As a trained hospice chaplain and bereavement coordinator, Amber saw individuals transform through the presence of holistic support. This struck her and shifted her mission to help the living, truly live now—to experience the fullness of an intuitively informed and intentionally directed life.

In 2016, Amber founded Joyful Spaces, LLC to help individuals align their space and soul through professional organizing and intuitive guidance. She leaned on her innate wisdom and directed her own healing when her mother, father, and brother died within 4 months in 2019, which confirmed her calling. Amber is an intuitive guide, Certified Virtual Professional Organizer™, registered yoga teacher (RYT-200), and has served as a Board Certified Chaplain. She holds a Master of Theological Studies (MTS) and a Master of Arts in Ministry in Multicultural Church (MAMC) from the Franciscan School of Theology and has completed The Resilient Heart™: Trauma-Sensitive HeartMath Certification. Amber is also a Golden Circle™ member of the National Association of Productivity and Organized Professionals (NAPO). Most recently, Amber’s work has been featured in Better Homes and Gardens, and she was named one of Shondaland’s JoyMakers.
