Topic: Decluttering Mindfully Retreat: “Letting Go: 5 Steps to Declutter Your Home Mindfully”

5-Weeks Saturday, January 2, January 9, January 16, January 23, January 30, 2021

(From 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM Pacific Time – US and Canada)

In this 5-week series on letting go, we will explore the deeper understanding of decluttering.

Utilizing spiritual practices including guided meditation, silence, and gentle movement, we will explore mindfulness practices (deep breathing, self-awareness, compassion, visualization, and overcoming obstacles) to inspire you to declutter your home, creating the environment you desire.

Self-reflection and group sharing will enhance this experience. Each session will conclude with an invitation to practice at home what we discussed.

The integration between spiritual practice and practical application will create a gentle, safe place for self-discovery and opportunity for residential decluttering.
